Dill's Story
Silly Dill is a ten month old terrier/poodle mix. Another shelter adopted him out as a puppy to an elderly couple. Dill grew to be bigger then expected, and that combined with his goofy nature and exuberant energy left him as a bit to much for them to handle. When the other rescue was unable to take him back, AWS stepped in to provide a place for Dill to go. Dill is friendly and energetic, and would thrive in an active household looking to establish boundaries and basic canine citizenship. He likes other dogs, but his play style can be a bit much for them, so he would need a companion willing and able to match his energy level. Dill is housebroken, and would benefit from some leash work.
