Dilbur's Story

WINNIPEG, MB - Dilbur had only one home before coming to SPIN, but unfortunately, he did not always get to enjoy the opportunities that every dog deserves. He lived outside and was only allowed inside during bad weather. Dilbur barked and barked, likely because he wanted to be let in and be with his humans. Instead, his barking became a nuisance, and his owner looked into having his vocal cords removed. Thankfully, veterinarians in Manitoba do not perform this procedure, and Dilburs owner made the right decision to surrender him to SPIN.<br/><br/>Since becoming a SPIN dog, Dilbur has been living in a warm home with a loving foster family, and he is absolutely thriving! His foster family describes him as a playful, entertaining, and remarkably intelligent dog - a classic standard poodle!
