Diesel's Story

Diesel: 5-6 y.o. neutered male German Shepherd (71 lbs)

Diesel is an attention loving, energetic, loving boy who acts like he has never seen food anytime it is around or he is being fed. The food drive has helped immensely in his training where he is a quick learner. He started with us as a little quiet and stand-offish at first in a new home as he gets comfortable, but once he opens up he is a total love bug! He will ask for belly rubs, armpit scratches and be the first to cuddle up to you in bed! His manners on the leash are improving, he is getting better with basic commands and impulse control. He loves to learn and has a job to do! Diesel loves walks and being outside. He tends to be reactive to other dogs when we go on walks, nothing that some extra attention and training can't fix. We believe diesel will thrive in a single dog household, given his background, newer reactivity and temperament. He would do very well in a house where walks, park runs or adventures are a daily thing as he loves to get out his energy and have a job to do

If you're interested please fill out the adoption application at www.softpawsrescue.org and send pictures of your home and yard; living spaces and fences to softpawsrescue@gmail.com

You can find my form "Soft Paws Rescue Adoption Application Form" at: https://form.jotform.com/240361716308149

We will review your application and reach out to you if you are approved.
