Diego's Story

Meet Diego. A young Siberian Husky with stunning blue eyes and beautiful markings. He was discovered protecting his deceased dog companion. He is extremely freindly with humans and gets along well with other dogs and doing well with the cats in his foster home as well. A proper introduction with any potential furry sibling is always necessary though. He is highly energetic, playful, and quick on his feet. He enjoys running and bouncing around, so having a fenced yard would be ideal. Although a 6-foot fence is recommended, he hasn't tried jumping over any gates at the shelter or his foster home. He is up to date on vaccines, neutered, micro chipped, well mannered and house trained. While huskies are known for being vocal, he is very quiet and rarely makes a sound. Currently thiving in a foster home but his dream is to have a loving home of his own where he can have playtime, and go for walks. He walks well on a leash and is behaved wonderfully in the car.
