Dice is a 6 year old Rat Terrier looking for a special committed foster or adopter. As a result of never being neutered, he ended up with a large perianal hernia that was left untreated for a while. The hernia entrapped his bladder, leaving him in urgent need of emergency surgery and unable to go to the bathroom. Everything is back in place now and he's out of pain, but unfortunately he seemed to have some permanent damage to his bladder causing him to leak small amounts of urine and need a belly band. He does go to the bathroom when taken out otherwise and knows to be housebroken but just doesn't have full control. He's a sweet gentle boy, a little timid at first with new people and doesn't seem to be happy about other dogs. We know he's a tough sell but we hope someone will be willing to roll the dice on our special needs little guy.
