Diamond

Diamond is a 1 year old Bichon/Maltese/Poodle mix. She was surrendered to the rescue when her owners had to go back to their home country and nobody was available to care for the dogs. <br/>Diamond is a sweet girl, she’s 8.9 pounds, she loves to be in your lap, we have been working on picking her up (it’s assumed she wasn’t picked up often, as she immediately rolls over and cries) so we are working on showing her she can be held and carried safely. For this reason only we have her going to a no-kid home. She is a very sweet girl, but when she is scared, she gets nervous and flails and a child may be caught in the crossfire. Diamond has never bit anybody, or caused harm. She would prefer somebody who has a warm lap to snuggle her up. She walks on leash and would love to go wherever her people go. <br/>She’s now spayed, current on all vaccines including rabies, and microchipped. <br/>She’s ready for her new forever home.
