Meet Dexter! An older gentleman with a heart of gold who’s ready to find his forever home.<br/><br/>Dexter came to us in rough shape: underweight, a little smelly, and walking with a limp in his back leg. But even then, he continued to show us how sweet and gentle he was. After veterinary diagnostics, we discovered that his limp was caused by an old fracture that healed improperly on its own.<br/>The leg is not impacting his quality of life, and after thorough review from our veterinary team, it was determined he will be able to keep it! Additionally, thanks to the Grey Muzzle Grant, his adoption fee is waived!<br/><br/>And don’t let the "grey muzzle" fool you! While Dexter may be a senior, he still has a youthful zest for life.
