Meet Dexter!<br/><br/>Good things come in small packages and Dexter lives up to that saying! This handsome fellow came to us as a stray through the San Jose Animal Shelter and we couldn't resist that smile and sweet kisses - not to mention his adorable strut when he gets to walking!<br/><br/>Dexter is thriving in his foster home and has shown himself to be comfortable with both women and men. He is not afraid or skittish around loud noises, and he gets along well with dogs of a variety of sizes. He has been sleeping well in a crate at night and his foster is working with him on potty training and has reported that Dexter has not been a "marker" in their home.<br/><br/>Dexter may have "dry eye", a condition that may require daily eye drops. We are getting that examined by our vets before he is adopted - if he does have it, it's an easy condition that simply requires a fairly inexpensive medication. <br/><br/>Interested in Dexter?
