The male (Rooney) is 5 y.o. and prefers the sporting life. Walks, fetching tennis balls and games of tug of war delight him. He also prefers to be with you in the middle of family life. The female (Desi) is 7 1/2 y.o. and is a princess. She would love a home where she will continue to be treated like one. Typical Beardie, she wants to know where you are, and is happiest when she can watch life from her throne, be it a soft couch or chair. Both are extremely sweet, loyal and smart. They can be quite funny, and both enjoy ear and belly rubs and car rides. Wherever you go they are happy to go as well, be it a walk, vacation or a quick trip to town. Like any longer coated pet, they are used to being groomed at home and at the groomers. They are both healthy, average 60 lbs, spayed/neutered, housebroken, up to date on vaccinations, are on monthly HW preventative. Good eaters both, they love people, excellent with other dogs, but not sure about cats. Prefer they go together, but if the fit is really good, they can be separated. This breed has a long lifespan, in the teens is pretty much the norm, so they have many years of loyalty and companionship left to give.
