Denver is up for adoption with our facility after being surrendered (after 4 years) due to some recently developed behavior problems towards small children.<br/><br/>A GREAT dog overall, but has trouble with other animals (small and large, male and female) and would do much better in a household with older children (we recommend 13 and older).<br/><br/>Denver has some issues with being overly anxious in his environment and he does everything he can to be "somewhere else" where he is not overstimulated.<br/><br/>Previous owners have tried to socialize him with other larger dogs, but Denver feels the need to be the Alpha Male of the pack.
