Dennis Update from his trainer!<br/><br/>Dennis is approximately 3 years old and has spent over a year waiting for a home at Pet Project. Despite that, he continues to show us what an incredible companion he can be.<br/>* Potty trained<br/>* Great with people and visitors<br/>* Can do well with compatible canine companions<br/>* Excellent travel companion<br/>* Crate trained<br/>One of the things I love about Dennis is how adaptable he is. His energy level can range from low to high depending on the environment. If there's something going on, he's happy to be involved and explore. When it's time to relax, he can settle in and enjoy hanging out with his people.<br/>Dennis recently joined me on a 4-hour road trip and was an absolute gentleman in the vehicle. No issues, no stress, just a great companion for the ride.<br/>When interacting with other dogs, Dennis enjoys play and can sometimes be a little rough and rowdy, but he responds well to direction and does a nice job matching the energy of the dog he's with. He isn't looking for conflict. He simply enjoys being social and having fun.<br/>We're continuing to work on loose leash walking, place work, recall, and overall house manners, but the biggest thing Dennis needs isn't training. He needs someone willing to give him a chance.<br/>After more than a year in the shelter, Dennis deserves a couch to call his own, a family to come home to, and the opportunity to show just how good of a dog he truly is.<br/>If you're looking for a friendly, social dog who enjoys adventures, road trips, and spending time with people, Dennis might be your guy. <br/><br/>More photos and video in the link below:<br/>https://precisionk9training.com/dennis-available-for-adoption/<br/><br/><br/>**Our adoption fee for dogs and puppies is $275.00. <br/>Each dog is examined by a veterinarian before it arrives at the shelter. All of our adult dogs will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, de-wormed, and tested for heart worm.**<br/>***Puppies will have been given age appropriate vaccines and our adoption fee covers spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, and microchip at the appropriate time.***
