Denali's Story

Meet Denali!

Denali is a wonderful 12 month old Husky mix pup. He is medium in size at around 35 lbs and is a wonderful boy.

He is a calm and manageable puppy - he loves to chase (flirt pole) and tug and wrestle, and is learning fetch. Denali LOVES WATER! He is curious, loves to sniff anything he sees, and can be cautious with initial introductions but warms up quickly. He is flexible, playful, well mannered, potty trained, and affectionate!

Denali is in the puppy mouthing phase but is redirected easily and loves a good long chew session. Very treat motivated and we are building handler engagement, but he will also happily self-entertain with chews and toys. After his morning play/walk/train and breakfast he usually takes a long nap.

Denali is potty trained and is in the process of learning crate training. He is very attentive and trainable! Denali is very excited by cats and can be very enthusiastic about meeting them. With a patient cat, he would thrive, but while he is learning about boundaries should not be left alone with cats. He is great with other dogs.

Denali is neutered, vaccinated and chipped. His adoption fee is $450

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application.
