What is TLC Animal Shelter Canine Center’s adoption process?

       TLC's criteria for accepting a dog is NEED...we do not discriminate by breed, age, or health.  There is always a waiting list, so we work with a network of other  legimimate shelters and rescue groups.   There is no time limit on how long we keep a dog.  Several badly abused dogs have lived at the TLC for more than a year before we found them loving, forever caregivers.   A few  remained  their entire lives at the TLC or a TLC sponsored home.                                                                              Pawtential adopters are careful
