Say hi to Delilah! She’s 1.5-year-old and ready for her next adventure! Delilah is great on a leash and a blast to train! She is highly treat motivated and eager to please! Shes very intelligent, is great with her crate and knows sit, down, polite greetings and leave it! <br/><br/>From a volunteer: <br/><br/>Delilah’s Day Out!<br/>Delilah had a fantastic field trip to Congress Park in Saratoga! She rode perfectly in the car, strutted happily down Broadway greeting new friends, and even ignored the ducks. She enjoyed sipping from the springs and showed off her great leash manners the whole time.<br/><br/>When she got excited about other dogs, a quick redirection had her focusing right back—she’s such a smart girl who really wants to please. She even waited patiently at street crossings and doors until given the go-ahead.<br/><br/>We’re so proud of Delilah—she’s not only incredibly intelligent but also a total joy to take out and about!<br/><br/><br/>Want to Adopt? 1) Fill out an application on theluckypuppy.org The adoption fees for puppies up to 12 months are a minimum donation of $650, (dogs too young to be fixed will have an extra $200 deposit, refundable pending your spay/neuter agreement), 1 year and up are a minimum donation of $550, 7+ years are a minimum $450 donation 2) Once your application is in, our adoption coordinator will contact you and complete a vet check and home visit (possibly electronic). 3) Once approved, please schedule a meet and greet to see the dogs. Meet and greets are by appointment only for approved adopters.<br/><br/>This pup is available in NY through the Go North Program of The Lucky Puppy Rescue, rescue based in Bonifay and Panama City, FL and adoption center in Argyle NY (NY Lic #1054). The minimum donation $650 adoption fee includes transportation from FL to NY, spay/neuter surgery or spay/neuter agreement (if too young), up to date with: age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention (if old enough) and martingale safety collar.
