Meet Delicata! <br/><br/>Meet Delicata (Della, for short)!<br/>Age: 2 years<br/>DOB: 10-21-23<br/>Sex: Female<br/>Breed: Mini Poodle<br/>Current Weight: 10 lb<br/>Dog friendly? Yes. Della is fostered with three other small dogs and gets along well with them!<br/>Cat friendly? Unsure, but willing to test!<br/>Kid friendly? Della lives with 15, 12, and 10 year old kids and does well with them!<br/>House-training: Yes<br/>Crate-trained: Yes, though she will sometimes make some noise if she is in her crate, but her people are still moving around the house and she feels like she's missing out on something.<br/>Energy level: Medium. Della is quite playful and we are working on leash walking...it does not seem like that was something she was used to in her previous life.<br/>Best features: Sweet and silly personality, beautiful markings, rides nicely in the car.<br/>Things to keep working on: Basic obedience.<br/>Other: Della would do fine as an only dog or with a dog friend or two. I think if she had an owner who was interested in agility or therapy dog training, she would love to have a job!<br/><br/>Delicata is available for adoption through Ma Paws & Me Pet Rescue based out of Watertown, WI. Delicata is spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, and current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. <br/><br/>Adoption fee is $450 . MPM Rescue reviews application and checks vet records and references;<br/>4. MPM foster contacts approved applicant(s) to arrange a home check and meeting with available dog(s);<br/>5. If there is a good fit, adoption is completed with a contract and fees (payable via check or cash).<br/><br/>The adoption fee is listed here: http://mapawsmepetrescue.com/adopt/<br/><br/>Dogs from Ma, Paws & Me Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:<br/>- Spay/Neuter surgery<br/>- Age appropriate vaccinations<br/>- Heartworm test (for dogs over 6mo) and treatment if positive<br/>- Microchip<br/>- Deworming<br/>- Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative<br/>- Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian<br/><br/>*Please note that the identified breed(s) are best guesses.
