She is currently at ACC .thankfully there doesn’t appear to be any evidence of cruelty and she was friendly with the handlers so it’s likely she had a home once upon a time. Deebie is young, excitable and wiggly but responds when navigated. She seems interested in other dogs; cats are an unknown.
