Dee's Story

Her foster mom shares: Dee was very
scared at first, but within days her silly, sweet personality came out. She's loving, active, fully house trained (no accidents), and crate trained. She plays great with other playful dogs and walks beautifully on a leash. She's right around 35 lbs.

She will continue to gain confidence as she is introduced to new situations. She is full on cattle dog in the energy department and will need a family able to meet her exercise needs, both physical and mental. She needs a fenced yard.

She's respectful of older cats but may chase younger ones, so a cat-free home might be best.

Dee had hip surgery in February but has healed and it's not slowing her down. She's currently walking 1.5 miles per day and has tried trail running and hiking and did great.

And yes-she's just as sweet cute as her pictures. She wins everyone over as soon as she meets them!
