At just a year old, he’s full of youthful energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for life.<br/><br/>Declan is a sweet and sensitive young boy who is still building confidence as he learns about the world around him. When meeting new people, he may take a moment to warm up, but with gentle encouragement and a bit of time, his affectionate nature quickly shines through. He’s doing a wonderful job developing his social skills and continues to make great progress every day.<br/><br/>In his foster home, Declan enjoys being part of the action and loves the company of other dogs—big or small. He would thrive with a playful canine companion to help guide him and share in his adventures. He’s naturally curious and enjoys exploring his surroundings while staying connected to his people.<br/><br/>Declan loves his walks and is still learning leash manners, showing eagerness and engagement as he goes.
