Deborah (READ BIO)'s Story

Deborah is 7 years old and still has so much life and love left to give. She recently underwent spay and tumor removal surgery, which went well, but the results were not what we had hoped. The mass was confirmed to be a cancerous mammary tumor, and at this time, we don’t know how far it may have already spread. Her future is uncertain, but what we do know is that Deborah deserves every bit of love we can give her.

Despite everything she’s facing, Deborah is still full of heart. She deserves more than a kennel and more than waiting—she deserves a home where she can feel safe, cherished, and at peace. She will need a very special person, someone with a big heart who understands her time may be limited but is willing to make whatever time she has left truly meaningful.

Her story is a heartbreaking reminder of the importance of spaying and neutering, as so many cases like Deborah’s could have been prevented. Please consider opening your heart and home to this sweet girl. Let’s give Deborah the love and comfort she has always deserved.
