Dean's Story

WECOME TO CAMP COCKER RESCUE, DEAN!

* Dean is being fostered in Los Angeles County.

Dean was relinquished to us with his two littermates. They are nine years old and although their family loved them with all of their hearts, their life circumstances were unable to manage the healthcare needs. The owners truly loved them and struggled to do their best for these sweet dogs.

They all received baths as soon as they arrived and although they need grooming, we would like to give them time to decompress. (Dean is still “shaggy” but he is now clean!)

They are sweet with people they know but sadly missed out on socialization out in the real world. They're not used to walks, meeting strangers, going to the vet, groomer, or anywhere in public!

Dean has led a very sheltered life so far and because he has been co-dependent on his littermates, his own confidence has been stunted. He will do best in a home with another confident dog so he can have someone to model how a dog handles real world experiences.

It’s amazing to see how much happier and less-stressed littermates can become once they have a chance to fly on their own. We are so excited for Dean to experience this freedom and to find his self-assuredness.

CAMP COCKER RECOMMENDS: For current status, updates, photos, videos & details about Dean, please visit his webpage at
https://www.campcocker.com/dog/dean-2026 & also follow our social media.

*Dean is being fostered in Los Angeles County

APPLY TO ADOPT DEAN at www.campcocker.com/adoption-process

#CampCockerDean
