Dean #7389's Story

Marlo is a 1.5 year old, about 45ish lb, female Golden Retriever who was surrendered with her BFF Dean. Dean is a 2 year old, 85ish lb, very handsome male St Bernard/Collie mix, and these 2 are looking for a home where they can stay together. Sadly, they were surrendered due to a divorce situation and their people had too many dogs to handle and these 2 came to GRRAND.

Both Dean and Marlo are cat friendly (very as they lived with many cats) and get along with other dogs. They are both crate-trained and house-trained and have full run of the house when their people were not home.

Dean is pleasant and calm, but still unsure of why his surroundings have changed. He loves to play and run around in the yard. Dean is affectionate and treat motivated and he is not as timid nor anxious as Marlo is right now and she finds confidence in having him around.

Marlo is a bit anxious as she is also unsure of what is happening and has a lot of energy and would be great in a home with someone who can spend a lot of time with her, and give her plenty of the exercise outlets for her energy level. She loves toys and is always carrying at least one in her mouth at all times.

We are still learning about Marlo and Dean, but if you would like to meet them, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org
