Allow me to introduce you to my incredible best friend, Dean! He is truly one of a kind. I never realized how fulfilling a single-dog home could be until I started fostering Dean. His presence brings a unique warmth that transforms a house into a haven. He’s the ultimate companion for any family, always eager to spend time with his loved ones—whether it’s snuggling on the couch for a movie night, frolicking at the park, playing tag with the kids, exploring the local farmers market, or enjoying family walks. Dean is always up for adventure as long as he gets to be part of it! His love for kids is one I treasure. Whether it’s playing hide and seek , being used as a pillow, going down slides or swimming , if the kids are there you know so is Dean<br/><br/>With his gentle and affectionate nature, he’s extremely obedient and calm, making him the perfect pet. He has a natural affinity for kids and often gravitates toward them over adults. While he can be a bit timid at times, it’s incredibly heartwarming to see him seek reassurance from those he trusts during stressful situations. With a little encouragement, he continues to shine with a smile on his face, right by your side.<br/><br/>The connection Dean will forge with his future forever family is something special, and I can’t help but feel a twinge of jealousy, knowing how lucky they will be. However, my deepest wish is for Dean to receive all the unwavering love and affection he truly deserves. Though he may not be the biggest fan of all dogs, he gets along well with puppies and does very well with/ submissive dogs. He’s shown us he can coexist peacefully with others as long as they don’t intimidate him.<br/><br/>On walks, Dean is a dream; he stays close by without reacting to anything around him, even when passing barking dogs. He remains unfazed while we stroll past numerous distractions, looking up at me with trust instead. And when my kids are enjoying their meals—whether it’s chicken, quesadillas, yogurt, or anything else—he patiently sits by their side, never begging or requesting a bite.<br/><br/>Dean has completely captured our hearts, and I have no doubt he will win yours as well! He is approximately 6 years old and has one of the most delightful personalities I’ve ever encountered!
