Hey hey!! I’m Dax! I just arrived here as a stray, so my past is a bit of a mystery, but my future? Oh, it’s looking like a whole lot of fun!! I’m a young pitbull mix with a BIG personality and an even bigger zest for life. If you’re looking for a dog who brings the party with him... that’s me. I’m super playful and full of energy so zoomies are definitely part of the package. I can be a little bouncy, but that’s just because I get so excited to see my people. I’m still working on my manners, so I’ll need someone who’s ready to help me learn, but here’s the best part: I am VERY food motivated. Seriously, snacks make me your instant best friend. If you’ve got treats and a little patience, I’m ready to learn anything you want to teach me. Sit? Stay? World domination? Count me in. Under all that energy, I’m just a really sweet boy who loves attention and being around people. I’ll keep you laughing, keep you moving, and then happily crash by your side after a day of adventures. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog's better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict. Your dog’s adoption fee includes: - Current age-appropriate CORE Vaccines (Rabies/DHPP/Bordetella) - Heartworm Tested - Current on NexGard PLUS Monthly Preventative Chew (Flea/Tick/Heartworm Preventative & Dewormer) - Spaying or Neutering - 24-Petwatch Microchip Adoption fee: $135.00 Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2026 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older.
