He has been in a home for the last 4.5 years and due to changing life circumstances his current owners are looking for a new home for him. Davey is the sweetest boy. He lives to please, is extremely smart, loves to learn, and has great manners. He walks wonderfully on leash, does awesome in his crate, knows all his basic commands very well, is "place" trained and very respectful. He is more on the submissive side with people but is not fearful. He is a wonderful dog that will thrive in the right home. He loves his walks or playing ball or tug. He does well with all people, including small children. He needs slow introductions to other dogs as he was attacked by another dog in the past which has caused him to be more cautious. He is currently the only dog in the home and we think he'd do best as the one and only. His adoption fee is $50 as his owners are just looking for a safe and good new home.
