This affectionate, lap loving hound is all about belly rubs, gentle treat-taking, and curling up close, he doesn’t care how big he is, he will find a way to fit in your lap.<br/><br/>Dave starts off a little shy, but give him a moment and he’ll melt into you like butter on toast. He bonds deeply with his people, which means he can get anxious when left alone. He’s not trying to be dramatic, he just loves you that much.<br/><br/>He’s got that classic hound curiosity, especially on walks. He’s polite on leash until his nose catches a scent then it’s full detective mode. He’s house-trained, keeps his kennel clean, and for a hound? Surprisingly quiet. The price includes: a Home Again Microchip, set of shots, de-worming, heartworm testing (if old enough), spay or neuter, and a 1 year rabies shot (if old enough). All dogs adopted must leave with a county license at an additional cost of $21, this fee is cash only. Adoption fees can be done using credit card or cash.
