Meet Dash! 🐾<br/><br/>Dash is a one year old, 25 lb, super sweet love bug and certified Velcro dog who will happily follow you from room to room just to be near his people. Wherever you are, that’s exactly where Dash wants to be! He truly wants to be the king of the castle and is not interested in having other canine companions. <br/><br/>He does well in a crate, though it’s definitely not his favorite spot — he much prefers curling up close to his humans. Dash is incredibly smart, eager to please, and highly motivated by praise (and treats!). He’s already house trained and is learning commands like “sit,” which he picked up in no time.<br/><br/>Dash walks beautifully on a leash and truly enjoys his daily strolls. He’s also wonderfully cooperative — he takes medication like a champ, allows eye drops, lets you clean his ears, and if you’re sneaky enough, you can even trim his nails while he’s snoozing. 😉<br/><br/>He’s a curious little guy who loves checking everything out, and when the day winds down, be prepared — he snores louder than a grown man! Please include a vet reference (including phone number) when applying online.<br/><br/>Our application process:<br/>FIRST, an application must be approved for adoption from our rescue.<br/>SECOND, we determine whether the dog that has been applied for is a "good match" for the household that wants to adopt him/her. We take into consideration the dog's activity level, compatibility with other members of the household (human and other pets), etc.<br/>If your application has been approved, but the dog you applied for is no longer available, please take the time and look over our adoptable dogs again.
