Darla's Story

MEET DARLA! Darla is a sweet and gentle 6-year-old purebred Doberman Pinscher. (Purebred verified by DNA testing). She is elegant, pretty and very affectionate -- and she gets along well with most other dogs. Darla was rescued from a crowded California shelter. She is a well-behaved and strong girl, who will pull when she sees squirrels on a walk! She is a gem and whomever adopts her will be very lucky. Darla weighs about 69 lbs. Freedom Ride Rescue Inc.'s Adoption Policy

Once adopters inquire about an animal, we send them our application. From there, we interview them via phone, and when possible set up a meet and greet if we feel they are good candidates to adopt. We also have fosters in the three states mentioned and they help as well with meet and greets, photos and of course care of the animals.

Freedom Ride Rescue Inc. saves animals from shelters in Southern California, and helps place them in loving homes on the West Coast, primarily in California, Oregon and Washington. Our goal is to help animals who have had a rough start in life go on to live happy and healthy lives.
