She is an amazing problem solver and picks things up quickly. She takes direction beautifully and already knows sit, down, come, leave it, and stay. She has also mastered using a dog door.<br/><br/>Once Darcy gets to know you, her sweet and loving personality shines through. She can be a little cautious with new people at first, but give her some time and she'll become a loyal and devoted companion. She would thrive with regular exercise and plenty of mental stimulation to keep her happy and fulfilled.<br/><br/>She does well with dogs and cats and enjoys going for walks. She is a good leash walker and loves being with her people. Darcy is the kind of dog who wants to be part of the family and happily follows her person around.<br/><br/>Darcy came into rescue after her family surrendered her and her two daughters after they lost their home. Through no fault of her own, this wonderful girl found herself needing a new home.
