Darby, short for Darth Beagle, was born 1/26/18- almost 2 years old now. Tricolor beagle girl. 24 lbs. She was given up by her family Jan 17 because the older dogs in the home were picking on her. The reason is that at Christmas she accidentally got into people medicine. It wasn't discovered immediately, so it effected her central nervous system and possibly her brain. The result is she is a little fidgety and sometimes has a bit of difficulty balancing. She may improve and CBD oil is a daily must.<br/>Her family said she is well behaved, house trained, leash trained, good with dogs and kids. If a cat runs, she will chase. She needs a grain-free diet so that she doesn't lick her paws, and she has been eating Beneful with a little wet food and CBD oil.<br/>She's been nice from her first day here to the other dogs, and they have all accepted her.
