Phoenix Rising Border Collie Rescue adopts foster dogs to homes in NC, SC, and GA. The adoption fee is $300.00 for adult foster dogs,, and the final step in the application for adoption process is the home visit. Adopters agree to follow positive training methods and to NOT use pinch, spray, prong, shock, choke, chain, electronic, or adverse training method collars, including invisible fence collars.
