Dandelion's Story

Meet Dandelion! She around a year old, weighs 37 lbs, and is a terrier mix.

Dandelion is a sweet, gently girl with a heart full of love and a personality that will melt yours. She loves cuddles, pup cups, and spending time outdoors.

This beautiful girl is house trained and kennel trained. She enjoys playing in the yard soaking up the sunshine.

She does well with other dogs. It only took a few days for her to warm up to her foster brother, Bosco a Husky mix, and now they are the best of friends! She has also been exposed to cats and done well around them. Dandelion initially showed some resource guarding with her food but now will share a dish comfortably.

Dandelion is gentle with kids but can get excited so she would do best in a home with children that are old enough to know how to respect their dog friends and may not be easily knocked over. As with any dog, supervision around children is always recommended; her excitement is full of joy not harm.

She's truly a sweetheart who just needs a little patience as she continues to build confidence, especially around loud noises which can make her a bit timid at first. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a playful spirit, Dandelion just might be your perfect match!

If you think your home would be a good fit for Dandelion, apply to meet / adopt her at www.muttmisfits.org/adoption-application or email muttmisfitsadoptions@gmail.com with any inquiries.

Dandelion is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300. She does not have any special needs or take any medications.
