Can you imagine living in these deplorable conditions? Never being let outside to the bathroom and sleeping in your own filth? This was the reality for one of our residents. <br/>Damien is a 4 year old intact bully mix weighing around 55lbs. He came to us covered in filth, terrified of everything, and so submissive to the slightest movements he would pee on himself. He has since come out of his shell and has let his true personality shine. This boy is EXTREMELY affectionate, but still takes some time to warm up to new people. The quickest way to his heart is food, feed him a cookie he will be your best friend <br/><br/>Damien has tested well with other dogs, though he appears to be a bit submissive and nervous around hyper male dogs. He LOVES the ladies! He is untested with cats. He has very good leash manners, and is highly treat motivated so training should be a breeze. He has medium energy and could do well in both an active home or a couch potato setting. He has lived with older children 12 and up and did well.
