Dame Vos's Story
Meet Dame Vos
Vos is a stunning Dutch Shepherd / Belgian Malinois mix, 10 months old, and truly one of the loveliest dogs we’ve ever met. She has a soft, sweet, affectionate demeanor and adores her people. She wants nothing more than to stay close and please her person—she’s a total velcro girl in the best way.
Vos is incredibly smart, eager to learn, and a joy to train. She has excellent potential for competitive obedience, would excel in agility, and already shows natural ability with scent work. She is:
• Crate trained
• House trained
• Currently training in basic obedience including heel

Dog Socialization:
Vos is a mix of cautious and curious when meeting new dogs. In her foster home, she gets along beautifully with the resident dogs (males and females big and small). Introductions were done with patience, and structure and she responded beautifully. Her foster mom is a dog trainer, and her dogs respected Vos’ space, which helped her to gain confidence in finding her place in the pack.
We are unsure about cats and would likely advise against it, as Vos is very alert to the movement of small animals like squirrels and birds.
We want to see Vos adopted into a home where she is welcomed as a loving member of the family. Because she is a working-breed mix, Vos will thrive in a home with breed experience, preferably with older children and someone who can provide the training, structure, and mental stimulation Vos thrives under.

Vos will be spayed in early December, but we are accepting applications now.
Adoption fee: $500
Requirements: Vet check and home visit.
