Dale - Paws Behind Bars Prison Trained

Dale is trained through the Paws Behind Bars Training Program and has learned leash-walking skills which he does very well! He also knows basic commands such as sit, down, come, and may even be learning the "play dead" trick too! He enjoys walks and the woods are his favorite. <br/><br/>He spent his younger years homeless with a group of dogs being fed by a kind stranger on an abandoned coal mine road. He is therefore, timid to new experiences, people and sounds. Dale has done a great job acclimating himself into living in a home and family. He likes to put things in his mouth, will walk around with a found shoe or other prize! <br/><br/>Dale is potty trained, and plays well with most other dogs! He's a fairly laid back dude! Don't let the pictures of him deceive you, he's a smaller guy, maybe 27 pounds, and has a tail, just not a full one. He may be a Beagle type mix, not really sure what Heinz 57 varieties are in here, but we do know some sugar and spice is mixed in with this happy boy!
