At first, she can be a little shy, but once she knows you’re a friend, her playful, goofy side shines through. She loves to run, explore, and most of all - splash around in the water! If you’re looking for a companion for outdoor adventures, Dakota is your girl.<br/><br/>She has done wonderfully with baths and nail trims, gets along well with other dogs, and has been gentle with kids. Her experience with cats is unknown, so slow introductions would be needed if her new home has feline family members.<br/><br/>Like many Huskies, Dakota does best with structure and secure fencing. She’s smart, curious, and can be quite the escape artist. She also has a natural prey drive, so she wouldn’t be a fit for homes with chickens or small livestock.<br/><br/>Dakota has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm tested.
