Dakota is in need of a foster home (or a "forever" home) as soon as possible. He is almost six years of age and he weighs 68 lbs.
Dakota is a male, neutered Golden Retriever who is up-to-date with vaccinations and who recently tested negative for heartworm and Lyme disease.. He is a friendly dog who gets along well with people and is also great with other dogs. He has no experience with cats so very slow introductions with resident kitties is highly recommended. Dakota definitely needs some training with his leash waling and is a very strong puller. Otherwise, he is pretty near perfect!
If you are interested in fostering or adopting Dakota, please submit an online application which can be found on the rescue website at OneLifeToLiveRescue.com.
