Meet Daisy Mae! Daisy Mae came to CCHS as a stray found in the Withee area towards the very end of February. This sassy Chihuahua mix is about 1 year old and weighs roughly 13.8lbs currently. Daisy Mae is a small but mighty personality with a bit of a princess air to her! We don't have much information into her past, but from what we've seen here, she is ready to be in charge of her own furever home! While we aren't entirely certain what her exact breed makeup is, we can tell you she is 100% Head Boss in Charge! With any rescue, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the dog. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption. <br/><br/>CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP.
