Daisy Mae Shepherd Mix Cumming, GA

Daisy Mae is a 2 year old Shepherd mix who weighs about 35 pounds. We have no idea what happened to her, but this amazing girl came to us so traumatized that she wouldn’t let anyone near her.

Fast forward a few months, Daisy has come such a long way since living in her foster home. Daisy is silly, sweet, and cuddly. Her favorite thing is taking long walks around the neighborhood. She has perfect leash manners! Daisy thrives with routine, where she knows what to expect and what’s expected of her. Daisy is house-trained, crate trained, not destructive, good with cats, and so worth the time it takes to get to know her. She loves to run in the yard with her friends.

Your Current Pets - We do require that all of your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a homecheck prior to adoption.
