She absolutely adores her people and is happiest curled up beside them or following them around the house looking for pets and attention. Daisy is fantastic on a leash, enjoys going for walks, and loves spending time with her humans. She’s a true lap dog at heart and would happily spend hours snuggled up with her family.

Daisy does wonderfully with children and has a calm, affectionate nature that makes her a great fit for a family home. While she enjoys occasional bursts of zoomies and playtime, she is generally a relaxed and easygoing girl who prefers cozy moments and human companionship over chaos and excitement. Her gentle personality makes her incredibly easy to love.

Although Daisy gets along fine with other cats and dogs and generally pays them little attention, she would thrive most as the only dog in the home where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. She previously had some potty training issues in foster care, but those have since improved greatly. Daisy does prefer using indoor pee pads during cold or rainy weather, which her foster family has found works very well for her. Daisy did have some barking tendencies when she first came into our care, but those behaviors have since improved significantly as she settled into her foster home. She would not be well suited for a home with small animals such as mice, rats, or guinea pigs.

Daisy is looking for a home where she can be someone’s devoted little companion and receive all the love she so happily gives in return. CK Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Adopting a rescued dog can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life! These dogs seem to know they have been given a second chance to live long, happy lives with families who will cherish them forever. Our volunteers work very hard to ensure our rescues are given that opportunity....to find their own forever families who will give them their own Happy Tail! Don't buy puppies at pet stores while shelter animals die. They want to give love and be loved too. Spay & Neutering DOES save lives. And check out our cats and kittens who are waiting for forever homes too! Please visit our website at www.ckanimalrescue.com - see our beautiful adoptable dogs and other animals available. We appreciate your support.
