Daisy's Story
If you are seriously interested in an animal, we ask that you first fill out an application, tailsofrescue.org This will be the first step to gaining more information about the animal as well as allow us to know a little bit about you.

Daisy owes her life to the dedicated staff at Cottonwood Vet. She is approximately 4-6 years old and was brought to the clinic after her previous owners were unable to afford the surgery needed to remove her bladder stones. Cottonwood Vet successfully performed the surgery, along with a dental procedure, heartworm test, and rabies vaccination, and she is now ready for adoption.

Daisy will need to remain on a special prescription diet to prevent the recurrence of bladder stones. During her time with us, she has lost about 2.5 pounds. She is extremely loyal to her foster mom and accompanies us to the store daily. Initially, she may bark when meeting new people, but she quickly settles down. Currently, she does not seem to be fond of children, so we are seeking a home without kids or cats. Daisy is a gentle, easygoing girl and is kennel trained, making her a wonderful companion.

Spayed/Neuiterd, micro chipped, heartworm negative (if of age), dhpp shots, kennel cough vacs., and one year rabies is completed. Adoption fee is $150

We are NOT a first-come-first to adopt a rescue, the best fit for the family and dog is the way we do things. We do out of town adoptions often, but will not ship animals must come to Redding for pick up.
