Daisy's Story

Daisy came from a home where she was neglected and allowed to roam unspayed and on dangerous roads. A concerned neighbor agreed to take her from the indifferent owners. But after having her a short time, realized that her high border collie energy and propensity to escape was not well suited for their home. So WAR agreed to take her and she has been with us ever since! Daisy is a 1 year old female Border Collie mix. True to the border collie breed, she is smart, athletic and loves to move. She is also extremely affectionate and friendly. She would be an excellent candidate for agility training or dog diving as she loves to move and loves water. She is an escape artist so needs to be in a home that can keep her active mind engaged and keep her safely secured.
