Daisy's Story

Prairie Pooches Rescue has momma Daisy searching for her forever home. Daisy is a true sweetheart and adores everyone she meets! She loves kids and will sneak in a kiss and pet every chance she can. Daisy has been raising her litter while in our care and has accepted her foster siblings amazingly. We had a XL Dane with us for a week too and she was good with her! Daisy is still young and active herself so needs an active home who will make sure she gets her daily walks or runs. She is fostered on a farm and doesn’t wonder too far besides to go hunting for gophers in the pasture. You can tell she roamed/hunted for herself in her prior life. She does periodically bark at the cattle/horses but calls off easy so a home without large livestock would prob be beneficial. We will start working on her kennel and leash training here soon as the puppies are close to reaching 8wks. If you are interested in a sweet ~40lb girl Daisy is your girl!

Prairie Pooches Rescue is a volunteer and foster based rescue. All our dogs are in foster homes and approved adopters are required to meet the dogs at the foster homes.

Adoption fee is $300. All our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinations UTD, dewormed and microchipped. Adoption applications and home visits are done for all adoptions. Please fill out an application if interested on our website www.prairiepoochesrescue.com

****Due to an overwhelming amount of emails and phone calls we receive we will only respond to ones that have an application attached.
