Cypress is a very gentle and sweet natured girl. She's a bit timid, but she enjoys attention. She will really blossom once she gets out of the shelter environment and into a loving home. Cypress is good with other dogs. <br/><br/>Cypress is a 1 year old Lab mix and she weighs 41 lbs. <br/><br/>Unfortunately, Cypress tested positive for heartworms...but please don't let that keep you from meeting this wonderful girl! Her heartworm treatment is completely covered—we simply need to find her a loving home or foster home where she can relax and recover during treatment. We're happy to provide all the details about her treatment plan to anyone interested in fostering or adopting her.<br/><br/>Once her treatment is complete, Cypress can go on to live a completely normal, healthy life with no restrictions. <br/><br/>This sweetheart deserves a second chance with someone who will give her the love and care she needs.<br/><br/>ADOPTING A DOG<br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
