Meet Cypress! <br/><br/>Cypress is a female hound mix who is being fostered in Richmond, VA and has an estimated birthdate of 09/01/2025. She came all the way to us from Louisiana, where she was picked up as a stray and then found herself on the euthanasia list due to an overcrowded shelter. She is so sweet, smart, and eager to learn (super treat motivated!). She is crate trained and doing so well with potty training. She does great with other dogs, and is such a sweet girl to her human friends (both big and small) as well!<br/><br/>She is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and monthly preventatives. Her adoption fee is $350 and covers the cost of age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, and her upcoming spay. We require a completed adoption application to move forward with adoption.<br/><br/>Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
