Cutie Pie's Story

Cutie Pie came to MCHS from the Clear Lake Shelter, in February, during the North Bay Animal Services neglect crisis. She is a loving, sweet, energetic dog with one of the softest, shiniest coats we've ever seen! She gets on well with other dogs, and in a testament to the resilience of the canine spirit, loves people and is always excited to meet new friends! She is currently in foster care, where she is working on leash training and basic commands. Fill out an adoption application today, or call MCHS to learn more about his wiggly bundle of joy!

Mendocino Coast Humane Society's Adoption Policy
Through our Adoptions Program, we offer a variety of wonderful animals who are deserving of a loving, responsible home.  Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, de-worming, flea treatment, as well as heartworm, feline leukemia and FIV testing.  In addition to being open Monday through Saturday, we also extend our adoption programs reach with our Mobile Pet Adoptions van, which enables us to go into our community with adoptable animals in Mendocino as well as Fort Bragg.  We also feature an adoptable animal weekly on Skunk Radio and in local newspapers. We want you! MCHS is always looking for volunteers.
