Cupcake's Story
Meet Cupcake

This sweet girl is just 11 months old and a tiny 27 pounds! Cupcake recently entered foster care with us, and we're still getting to know her personality but so far, we love what we see.

She's an active, playful pup who enjoys spending most of her time hanging out in the living room with her people. She loves to take naps, play with her toys (lamby is her favorite!), and learn new things (in exchange for treats, of course).

Cupcake is still learning to follow her walker's rhythm on a leash, but the more she gets used to the sights and sounds of the city, the more she stays consistent. She's crate-trained and happy to hang out in front of the TV, but she's shown some anxiety when left home alone. Despite this, Cupcake does well in a crate where she can see the world pass her by!

This curious, playful girl has clearly had some challenges in her short life. When she was dropped off by the Queens ACC, she was scared to walk and startled by any loud noise. After just a couple days, she's confidently climbing steep stairs and confidently exploring the East Village.

Stay tuned as we learn more about Cupcake and her perfect forever home
