CROISSANT's Story
Hi, I'm Croissant! I wandered into a Starbucks on 12/27 looking for my next adventure (and maybe a snack). The people there were so kind they started calling me Croissant—and honestly, I don’t hate it. Before I knew it, some nice Animal Control Officers helped me get somewhere safe while I wait for my forever home.

I’m still a little skinny and could use some good food and love to help me look and feel my best, but don’t worry—I’m very motivated by treats. I already know how to sit nicely for them, and I’m eager to keep learning. I’m curious about the world, easygoing by nature, and I really enjoy being around people.

I’m just figuring out toys, too! Playtime is becoming one of my favorite things, especially since I’m young and have plenty of playful energy. I’d do best with an active family who’s ready for walks, games, and helping me grow into the best version of myself.

I was a total gentleman during my photoshoot and even sat patiently while volunteers put a bowtie on me (handsome and polite). I may already be house trained—I took care of my business right away once I got outside, like a good boy.

If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion with a great personality and an even better backstory, I might just be your perfect match. Come meet me—I’m ready to start my next chapter.

Croissant is approximately 2 years old, and weighs 39 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Croissant is waiting patiently in kennel 882; his ID # is 15915.

Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers.
