Meet Crimson!<br/><br/>Crimson and his two siblings (known as our Red Litter) are truly something special. With their rich mahogany coats and soulful eyes, they turn heads everywhere they go! We believe they are German Shepherd mixes, possibly with Doberman or Rhodesian Ridgeback in their background, although we are not completely sure what gives them their unique and beautiful red coloring. Whatever their heritage may be, one thing is certain - they are absolutely gorgeous.<br/><br/>Crimson and his siblings were found as strays and brought to the Bakersfield shelter, and they have been winning hearts ever since. At around four months old, they are still very much puppies but are already showing the intelligence and loyalty you would expect from shepherd type dogs. We estimate they will grow to be about 50 to 60 pounds when fully grown.<br/><br/>Crimson is as sweet as he is beautiful. He has a gentle and affectionate nature and loves being around people. His calm and mellow temperament makes him an easygoing companion, and he is a quick learner who is eager to please. He is also very food motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding for both Crimson and his people.<br/><br/>Crimson is well socialized with other dogs AND kids (he and his friends have attended a few puppy parties) and loves his puppy play mates. We believe he would likely do well in homes with dog friendly cats as well.<br/>Our adoption fee includes their first round of vaccines, rabies vaccination, microchip, and spay and neuter.<br/><br/>If you are looking for a loving and intelligent companion with both beauty and heart, come meet Crimson!
