Cricket's Story

🐾 Meet Cricket 🐾
Cricket is about 7 months old, and her story is one of quiet resilience and incredible growth.
She came to us from animal control after her homeless owner passed away beside his vehicle. When Cricket arrived, she was completely shut down — terrified, hiding in a box, barely eating or drinking, and unsure if the world was safe anymore. Watching her slowly come back to life has been nothing short of remarkable.
In just six weeks, Cricket has transformed. She is now fully integrated into a busy, dog-savvy home and thrives in a pack environment. She lives happily with three resident dogs and regularly plays with visiting foster and “babysat” dogs. She is extremely dog-friendly, social, respectful, and happiest when she has canine companions. Because of this, we are looking for a home with other pets for Cricket — she truly blossoms with dog friends around her.
Cricket is also very affectionate and loves to cuddle, but she has a beautifully balanced personality. She enjoys her independence, is comfortable entertaining herself, and genuinely likes her kennel as a safe, cozy retreat. She is potty-trained, in good health, and has settled into home life with ease.
She is gentle, loving, emotionally aware, and deeply deserving of a forever home that will continue to show her the kindness she never stopped believing in.
Cricket is, simply put, a very good girl — and she’s ready for her next chapter. 🖤
Adoption Link:
https://tinyurl.com/m5mszbjk
