He thrives on routine, forms strong bonds, and loves hard once he trusts you. Once settled in, Crane enjoys playtime in the yard and simply being near his people.<br/><br/>Crane also requires an experienced, committed home. He struggles with leash and barrier reactivity, and busy or overstimulating environments can be overwhelming for him. He needs structure, management, and consistency to succeed.<br/><br/>He has worked with professionals, and protocols are already in place to help him thrive. We suggest that you not use the other selection fields for Breed, Size or Age since most of our animals are mixed breed and vary in size and age. Angels Among Us Pet Rescue will consider dog adoption applications from outside the state of Georgia if the dog is older than 4 months of age and heartworm negative. It is Angels Among Us policy to perform home checks prior to adoption finalization. An adopter may either contact a local rescue organization to perform home check or make arrangements with the foster to have a virtual home check performed. *Cats 6 months or younger cannot be adopted out of state.
